LIMITED WARRANTY

Our Warranty:

PW Marine OEM offers a three (3) year warranty on our products. The three (3) year period begins on the original date of purchase. We guarantee that the materials and workmanship will be free from defects at the time of manufacturing. The warranty does not cover normal wear, weather soiling, or stains from environmental pollution. The product must be properly installed, secured, maintained, and utilized for the purpose for which it was intended.

If there is a defect, PW Marine OEM will repair or replace (at its discretion) the product free of charge within the warranty period.

PW Marine OEM will reimburse freight on merchandise returned within 30 days that was shipped in error or defective upon arrival.

All warranties are in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied.

Returns & Exchanges:

We want you to have a quality product that suits your needs. Within 30 days of receiving your order, you may exchange your non-custom or non-special order product for another, provided that your product is still in first quality condition. Your replacement will be shipped after we receive and inspect your returned product. If you need your replacement immediately, you may consider placing a new order. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number will be issued so that you may return your product.

All special orders and custom products are non-refundable (except for warranty issues). If, for some reason, there is a problem with the quality of your special order, every effort will be made to modify your product to suit your needs.

PW Marine OEM cannot accept any packages freight collect or COD. All packages must be shipped prepaid. Returns must be inspected before final decisions are made on credits.
