Marine-Grade Materials, Matched to the Job

We commonly manufacture using 6061-T6 / 6063-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum and 304 / 316 stainless steel. 

If you’re unsure which is best for your application, we’ll recommend the right option based on environment (saltwater vs freshwater), loads, cosmetics, and cost targets.

Finishes That Hold Up in the Real World

Finishing is where marine parts either win or fail. We support production and finishing capabilities including PPG paint & powder coating, anodizing, and dipping, with process control to keep cosmetic results consistent run after run. 

Quality Built Into Material Selection

Material matters, but so does verification. All materials are PMI tested throughout the supply chain and manufacturing process utilizing the Olympus XRF, and we can support ASTM salt spray testing when required.
