Decades of Watersports Experience and Expertise

PW Marine OEM didn't start as a contract manufacturer. It started with a passion for building things that perform on the water — and a conviction that design quality and manufacturing precision weren't mutually exclusive. Founded in 2007, we launched two consumer brands that would shape everything that came after.

Aerial Wakeboarding — Where It Started

Our first brand, Aerial Wakeboarding (aerialwakeboarding.com), put us on the map in the wake and surf segment. The Airborne tower was our flagship — followed by the Ascent and Assault. But it was the Aerial FreeRide Tower that defined our design ambition: the first forward-swept universal tower design ever produced, with the highest tow point available at the time. Building those products taught us how to design for real-world stress loads, how to finish aluminum to a standard that holds up in harsh environments, and how to manufacture consistently at volume. Every lesson carried forward.

Stryker T-Tops — Expanding Into the Center Console Market

In 2009 we entered the center console accessories market with Stryker T-Tops (strykerttops.com) and the SG600 — a folding canopy T-top built with Sunbrella fabric and features that aftermarket buyers had never seen combined in one product. The Stryker line grew steadily from there: LED light bars, leaning posts, rod holders, electronics boxes, outrigger holders, and more. Running a direct-to-consumer accessories brand at volume sharpened our supply chain discipline, our QC processes, and our understanding of what boat builders and their customers actually demand from hardware.

PW Marine OEM — Purpose-Built for Boat Builders

In 2010, we formalized what we had built into a dedicated OEM division. PW Marine OEM was designed from the ground up to serve boat builders — not aftermarket buyers. That means engineering support, DFM review, first article validation, and production-run consistency, all backed by the offshore sourcing relationships and manufacturing expertise we had spent a decade building. Today we manufacture precision stainless steel and aluminum components for leading boat builders, including Regal, Aviara, Freeman Boatworks, and Sea Pro — across center console, sportfish, wake/surf, and specialty categories. Our programs range from single hardware components to complete marine seating assemblies (/marine-seating), and our capabilities now extend into RV, van/overland, and powersports applications where the same corrosion resistance, finish quality, and dimensional repeatability are required.

What That History Means for You

Most OEM suppliers are pure contract manufacturers. We came up differently — designing products under our own brands, selling them to demanding end users, and standing behind them in the field. That experience is baked into how we approach every customer program: we think about how the part installs, how it finishes, how it holds up, and how it reflects on your boat. Explore our manufacturing capabilities (/manufacturing), review our materials and finishes (/materials-finishes), or request a quote (/rfq-quote). Most programs start with one part category and expand from there.
