Meet Our Team
PW Marine OEM is led by co-founder and President Paul Pilkerton, the product visionary who helped define the OEM-quality aftermarket space for wakeboarding and sportfishing. Since launching PW in 2007 and introducing category-leading brands like Aerial Wakesports and Stryker T-Tops, Paul has focused on product design and development, working hand-in-hand with customers, engineers, and factories to deliver consistent quality. With offshore sourcing experience dating back to 2003 and deep relationships across Asia, he ensures every part meets the performance and reliability standards the company is known for. Co-founder John Walsh complements that leadership with a lifelong passion for action sports—from wakeboarding and kitesurfing to skiing and snowboarding—bringing an authentic user’s perspective to the brand and its products.
Supporting them is a seasoned team that keeps the operation running at a high level. Anthony St. Angelo, VP of Sales for the Midwest, leverages his marine background and CAD software experience to collaborate closely with top boat builders, helping them design parts that elevate both aesthetics and customer value. John Peters manages vendor relations, coordinating tightly with manufacturing partners to maintain quality, timelines, and rigorous testing of all aluminum and stainless-steel components. On the brand and demand side, Marketing Director Greg Jacobsen brings over 20 years of digital marketing expertise, shaping PW Marine’s online presence—from e-commerce and content to design and customer experience—backed by a lifetime on the water. Operations are anchored by Warehouse and Production Manager Keith Ralph, who oversees warehouse performance and production flow, and Rodney Walker, Manager of Sales and Customer Service, who leads the sales effort while ensuring customers get responsive, knowledgeable support. Together, this team combines technical expertise, manufacturing know-how, and an authentic love of life on the water.
