Aerial Wakeboarding — Where It Started

Founded in 2007 in Summerville, South Carolina, PW Marine OEM launched its first brand — Aerial Wakeboarding — with a straightforward conviction: the aftermarket wakeboard tower market deserved the same quality standards that factory OEM towers commanded, at a price that didn't require buying a new boat. The Airborne, Ascent, and Assault towers went to market built from 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum, TIG-welded by skilled fabricators, and backed by a 5-year warranty. The market responded.

Stryker T-Tops — Expanding Into the Center Console Market

By 2009, the same manufacturing discipline and offshore sourcing expertise — built on supplier relationships dating to 2003 — fueled the launch of Stryker T-Tops. The SG600 entered the center console accessories market as the first universal folding T-top with a Sunbrella fabric canopy at an aftermarket price. It sold on quality, installed in hours, and held up in salt water. Stryker grew into a full line of accessories: LED light bars, leaning posts, rod holders, electronics boxes, and outrigger holders.

PW Marine OEM — Purpose-Built for Boat Builders

In 2010, we formalized what we had built into a dedicated OEM division. PW Marine OEM was designed from the ground up to serve boat builders — not aftermarket buyers. That means engineering support, DFM review, first article validation, and production-run consistency, all backed by the offshore sourcing relationships and manufacturing expertise we had spent a decade building. Today we manufacture precision stainless steel and aluminum components for leading boat builders, including Regal, Aviara, Freeman Boatworks, and Sea Pro — across center console, sportfish, wake/surf, and specialty categories. Our programs range from single hardware components to complete marine seating assemblies (/marine-seating), and our capabilities now extend into RV, van/overland, and powersports applications where the same corrosion resistance, finish quality, and dimensional repeatability are required.

What That History Means for You

Today, PW Marine OEM serves leading boat builders including Regal, Aviara, Freeman Boatworks, and Sea Pro. We are members of ABYC and NMMA. Our quality systems include PMI (Positive Material Identification) testing using the Olympus XRF analyzer, ASTM salt spray testing, in-house load testing, and full supply chain traceability.

Aerial Wakeboarding and Stryker T-Tops remain active divisions — still building, still selling, and still proving every day that OEM-grade fabrication is not a claim. It's a track record.
