Request a Quote for Custom Stainless & Aluminum Marine Parts

RFQ / Quote Submission

Before you hit Submit

Pre-production is where we prevent expensive surprises. The goal of this RFQ is simple: translate your design intent into a buildable plan that holds up in real marine use (sun, salt, washdowns, trailering vibration) and stays consistent run after run.

Send what you have — even if it’s incomplete. If anything is unclear, we’ll ask the minimum questions needed to quote accurately and protect your timeline.

If you’d like someone from our sales team to help you complete the form, feel free to contact us during regular business hours at (843) 948-6925.

  • If you have CAD, great. If you don’t, we can still start.

    • STEP preferred

    • DWG / PDF accepted

    • Photos, sketches, and screenshots are fine for early-stage concepts

    • Material: 316/304 stainless or 6061/6063 aluminum (or select “Recommend”)

    • Finish: brushed/polished, anodize, powder coat, passivation, etc.

    • Critical-to-Quality (CTQ) features: key interfaces, datums, tight tolerances, “must match” fit points

    • Quantity to quote (prototype/first run) + estimated annual volume (even a range)

    • Your need-by date + any launch milestones

  • No problem. Upload any of the following:

    • Photos of the area where it mounts

    • A rough sketch with approximate dimensions

    • Notes on what it interfaces with (hole pattern, tube size, fasteners, mating surfaces)

    • Where it lives (exposed salt spray vs protected area, cosmetic surface vs hidden)

    1. We review your files + requirements

    2. We do a quick DFM pass (manufacturability, distortion risk, corrosion/finish compatibility, tolerance reality)

    3. We send clarifying questions if anything affects cost, repeatability, or lead time

    4. You get a quote with lead time and any options/tradeoffs clearly stated

    5. If needed: Prototype / First Article plan to validate form, fit, finish, and function

    6. Production readiness: lock specs, QC checkpoints, and packaging/kitting needs for repeatable builds
