Marine Seating Assemblies for OEM Boat Builders
Complete marine seating assemblies built for OEM boat builders — from individual seat components to fully assembled, production-ready seating units delivered to your line. One supplier, one quality standard, one shipment.
The Problem with Multi-Vendor Seating Programs
Most boat builders source seat frames, bases, pedestals, and hardware from separate vendors. That means separate purchase orders, separate lead times, inconsistent finishes across runs, and assembly labor your team absorbs on the production floor. When one component is late or out of spec, the whole seat program stops.
What We Deliver
PW Marine OEM manufactures the stainless steel and aluminum structural components that make up a marine seat — frames, bases, pedestals, mounting hardware, slide systems, armrests, and related structural parts — and delivers them as a completed, assembled unit ready to install. Your team receives a finished seat assembly, not a box of parts.
Manufacturing Insight
Completed seat unit delivery eliminates the tolerance stack-up issues that occur when components from different vendors are assembled at the boat builder's facility. When one supplier controls the entire assembly, fit and finish are validated before the unit ships.

Our Process
Our seating programs follow the same workflow as all our OEM manufacturing: DFM review and requirements alignment, prototype and first article validation, production run with QC checkpoints, and packaging designed to protect cosmetic surfaces during transit. If you're replacing a seating supplier or launching a new seat design, send us your CAD files, drawings, or a reference sample and we'll scope the program.
