Aerial Wakeboarding Announces the WakeWorks F250 Pontoon Tower, the Marine Industry’s First Aftermarket Universal Wakeboarding Tower for Pontoon Boats

The new Aerial WakeWorks F250 pontoon wakeboarding tower features a patent-pending mounting feet design, OEM-style construction, a folding frame, and an easy install process for pontoon boat owners. December 1, 2012 – Laguna Hills, CA – Aerial Wakeboarding announces the WakeWorks F250, the marine industry’s first universal pontoon wakeboarding tower designed exclusively for pontoon boats.

Although the popularity of pontoon boats is increasing in recent years, owners find few choices when it comes to upgrading the appearance and functionality of their boat with a tower.

Aerial solved this dilemma by designing a new type of wakeboarding tower specifically for pontoon boats. The WakeWorks F250 features a patent-pending mounting feet design that makes it easy to install on over 90% of the pontoon boats built in the past 20 years. Also, the F250 incorporates a sliding top H-section that adjusts to fit pontoon boat decks up to 102 inches.

The F250 pontoon wakeboarding tower is manufactured with 2.25 inch diameter (2.5 inch diameter for the top cross bar) high-grade polished aluminum tubing to minimize flexing. The F250 is approximately 6-feet tall, from deck to tow point, and folds to approximately 60 inches for storage. The tower features 2 tow points and integrated fender cleats. The WakeWorks F250 tower is backed by a 5-year warranty.

To comply with U.S. Coast Guard standards and various state laws requiring specific lighting configurations for boats operating between sunset and sunrise or in times of restricted visibility, the F250 features a compact size LED white light above each tow point.

For added functionality, the F250 is compatible with most universal wakeboarding accessories, including the complete line of WakeWorks racks and speakers. In the near future, Aerial is planning to release an over-sized bimini for the WakeWorks F250 that will provide shade for the entire pontoon boat. The WakeWorks bimini will eliminate the cumbersome straps and additional support tubes most commonly found in traditional pontoon tops.
